Ticket Policy

Tickets are sold strictly on a non-refundable, non-transferable basis. However we understand circumstances can change, and some guests may not be able to attend for whatever reason. While we urge you to make every effort to use your ticket, should you be unable we can offer a swap to a future event, or we do offer an in-house exchange service matching up people who have passed the vetting process with ticket holders wishing to sell their space at the party.


Your options

Option one - Credit for a future event.
Use the form bellow to inform us you can not attend (must be within 72 hours of doors opening)
Keep an eye open for future events & then get back in touch for your credit.
We must be notified you can not attend for your credit to be valid.

Option two - Resell or name change

The resell service is open once an event sells out, and has an admin fee of $25 for any resell.
This service is only open up until 72 hours of doors opening.
We cannot guarantee redemption of the ticket, we do expect a high resell rate.

Once you have been matched with a buyer/ seller.
We require a $25 fee to complete the name change.

Tickets may only be sold for their purchase value.

Once the transfer has been made to the buyer & we have received the $25 admin fee from the seller, we will complete the name change.
